Return Policy
We do not accept returns or make exchanges unless the following:
- If a product is damaged from our end: Please check your order thoroughly upon receiving. If there is an issue with the unused item, kindly email us on sales@pepplay.in with a photo of the product within 24 hours of receiving. We will either replace such product or provide store credit for the same.
- We do not provide refunds.
Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be canceled or changed once it has been dispatched. Please call on +91 9930064238 to cancel the order before dispatch.
We will give store credit on a case to case basis.
